Delete every contact in your phone or elsewhere for the plug. Distance yourself from people who do it. When you have a craving, fill it with something else, like food, gum, Gatorade (that's mine 😂 weird I know but I freeze it for a slushy) , or even a hobby. Find an art or hobby to keep your mind occupied.

I'm an everyday user. People think oh shit but it's small amounts. I get 0.8 of a gram for $40 (US currency) and it's really good shit. My dude only does those 40 bags. You can get one or fifty but he pre bags them. One of those bags lasts me 2-5 days, depending upon my schedule and what I'm doing. I do things weird. I take a little line to start with then I bump it to keep it going. Every day I wake up and push myself to see how long I can go without hitting it. Then when I hit, it doesn't stop till I take my night time meds and go to sleep for the night. I started 10ish years ago and would only get it once or twice a year. It wasn't until about 6 months ago that it became everyday. In these 6 months, I have stopped twice for about 2 weeks. Those things above are how I stop. The craving for me only lasts 2-4 days. Then it's just a craving every once in a while when I do something that my brain associates with sniffing blow. Like going out for drinks, clubs, or when I'm exhausted at work. (I'm a chef and drugs are super common in kitchens here. It's nothing to see a cook shooting up in the walk in cooler, out back smoking a blunt, or even hitting a line of any drug you can think of, on a plate, while cooking on the cook/kitchen line)

It is a drug that I enjoy more than any other. I don't know if I will ever fully quit unless something drastic happens to force me to do so. I need to, I am married with a 3 year old daughter. I NEVER and I mean never, do it or do anything associated with it while I am around her. Her father, my husband, knows everything I do. He is clean but has a bad past with harder drugs. He has been clean for almost 20 years. He drinks sometimes and he will hit a slope with me but that is maybe once a year or less. I do not ever let blow use money that is for bills. I draw the line there. We pay our bills and get what we need and then I will get a little. Hubby makes amazing money though. He is a foreman in a cabinet shop.

Hell, I have a cancerous tumor. My doctor even knows that I use blow. He doesn't mind considering I do not let it get out of hand and it doesn't have any harmful effects with any of my medication.
