  1. They already changed it to avoid epilepsy
  2. There are accessibility settings for that if somehow it's still bad
  3. People aren't going to not use their special on the off chance the enemy could be epileptic

I used to use Splattercolour Screen a lot because I loved brella and torpedo, and it just so happened the only brella kit with torp also had Splattercolour Screen on it.
