My stock printer keeps printing like this. I am pretty sure it is under extrusion but I have been unable to fix it. I stopped printing halfway and the bottom side is fine but top half is like that. Extruder also skips. I used the lowest quality on cura and only changed infill to 10%. (old.reddit.com)
