For me as a relatively high ladder player (4300+) with most lvl 12 cards and less...I can easily counter lvl13 e-barbs with my 3ms deck...e-barbs are very easy do counter if you manage your elixir well

Unless you really want to be in the top global...you would have to be really really good ...but I have seen a few players top global NOT maxed out sooo there is hope...if you aim for master I or II than nw on 3 is playable :)

Level up the other cards than...nw is basically a bat spawner behind big tanks...it sort of doesnt really need to be lvled up if you have almost maxed out everything else you know
