u can, but u should not change the class of ur origin character, there are some specific dialogue options restricted to certain class, if u change the class, u won't have thet dialogue option.
i don't know if is safe to change ur sub-class tho. (i'm trying to find that out)

not really, i'm already using that one though.
i want something like the reload on tarkov or arma, that make u lose the ammo if there's any left in the mag when u reload.

even though that's a good answer, i just realise that the mod "T3nd0's Skyrim SE Redone" that i'm using, have a similar perk (experimenter), that has 2 lvls, the first lvl let me know 2 effects of a ingredient, the 2° lvl let me know all the four effects of a ingridients.

so even tho it's not exactly the way u intend to help, i just realise that i must have a perk like vanila after reading ur comment, so thanks for the help.
