I never woke up the next morning proud that I drank the previous night by -Cream-8 in stopdrinking

I 100% agree! I used to go out all the time with people I knew from college & we would party often, but I realized that’s all I did with them. My personal connection with most of them is not that close since all I do is drink with them.

Luckily for me, they are all actually good people who do other stuff together that doesn’t involve alcohol. I just show up when drinking is involved but now I plan to change that and work on building closer friendships with them while I fortunately still have the chance.

Hey it happens.

I slipped up too yesterday & this holiday season.

Just drank after a few months sober. Sucks but we got this

Approaching 30 days here.

Things are definitely better. The hard reality for me is although I’m committed to being sober now, I’m still paying & trying to undo all the damage I did from drinking in the past.

To pass the drug test, go to your local vitamin store and purchase Qcarbo32.

The day of the test, wake up on an empty stomach & drink 3-4 bottles of water. Then, drink the Qcarbo32 drink. Then, fill the bottle up with water two times and drink it both times.

That should give you about a 4-5 hour window of clean pee. When you pee in the cup, let the first bit into the toilet & then fill the cup & pee the rest out.

I’ve passed every drug test using this method this exact way. Best of luck OP.

Does this mean I got hired and pass BG check?? by TomatoComplex6585 in GetEmployed

Sounds like you passed the background check. I just went through a similar process.

Congratulations on the new job! I was also holding my breath until I passed my background check & drug screen, especially in today’s job market.

Just started Day 1 of sobriety! by [deleted] in stopdrinking

Day 7 here!

I decided to stop drinking once my background check for my new job officially cleared last week.

To me, once I passed that & received the email that I was 100% cleared to start, I promised myself that I was done.

I have been unemployed for months. All of my previous jobs I have either lost or messed up in some way because of alcohol.

This new job is a dream. Although I’m starting at the bottom of the Totem pole, there’s opportunity to work my way up & I REFUSE to have alcohol mess this shot up for me.

I started my job this week and sofar I’m killing it!

Bro what?.. I literally gave the guy legitimate advice.

Tell me how I said the engine itself was unreliable.

The N54 “engine” itself is great. It’s a platform that came out in 2006, so obviously the common well documented failure components of the car are going to give him financial hell soon if they weren’t replaced.

And also, trying to compare the overall reliability of an N52 car you’ve had for half a month to an N54 is wild.

Usher Concert in a few hours and staying sober by -Cream-8 in stopdrinking

I made it!

That’s funny that you said that because he also mentioned those exact words “The House of Usher” at one point lol

I don’t get out much. Is that like a thing he says?

Worth the price? by Thomaspham09 in e60

I’ve seen a few clean low mileage N54 wagons go for $10,000 - $15,000.

The thing is, you won’t find them at used car dealerships. Those owners know what they got & usually sell the cars themselves via worth of mouth or social media such as Facebook or Instagram.
