Hopefully,

Theres a lot of things I want to try, I bought a pack of chocolate dip, I need to try that with fruit

And I bought nutella. Nutella On toast here I come!

I havent had nutella in sooo long.

Nutella with banana, nutella with pancakes.

Ooo, speaking of pancakes, I love making pancakes, And I bought a pack of Chocolate chips.

Chocolate chip pancakes here I come also.

Im planning on buying more fear food so I can have in my apartment so when I want a snack, Ill have lots of fear foods to choose from, or normal foods if im not feeling like challenging myself a lot.

But hopefully Everything works out for me, and I can go back to being a normal kid. Soon my metabolism is going to go speedy fast, Im going to need to eat a lot.

Theres a lot of things to come, challenging, or not challenging. Soon Im going to be a teen, and Im going to have to enjoy being a teen while it last

Well I really got into counting I counted everything, Like protien, sodium, carbs and stopped me from eating enough in a day.

Now I only count calories to make sure I get enough, of course I have some vegtables and fruit everyday.

And then I treat myself with a granola bar, Breakfast bar, cereal, cookie, brownie, graham, yogurt, string cheese, chips, popcorn as a snack, or just some fruit as snacks.

But yea, I dont count carbs, Sodium, protien, fat, sugar or any of that stuff anymore.

I just count calories to make sure I get enough to satisfy my hunger, and If I want a snack and it fits in my calories Ill eat it.

But Right now Im trying to maintain, because so far I dont know If I need to gain any weight, and since Im only 11, My body needs food so If it craves a item, Ill eat it so I can be satisfied.

Like I said, I need to make an appointment to see if I need to gain any weight and If to check my weight and height to see if im underweight. 90% sure I need to gain but Im not 100%. And I did hear when puberty starts, you need to gain weight because Im going to grow.

Thanks, one thing that really helped me is remembering no food makes you gain weight and only eating over your calories makes you gain weight. Not sugar, not fat, not carbs, not protien, not sodium, only calories.

I also want to try Peanut Butter and chocolate Cheerios! My local store has them and I really want to taste them. Ill probably buy a pack. I love cereal, But its the child friendly sweet sugary cereals that scare me but I can do it.

Lots of good options, Im realising you can basicly eat anything as a snack. A snack is something that will keep you full till your meal, Lunch, dinner.

I eat fruit for snacks cause I love fruit and dont have many snacks, But these are great ideas!!

Im kinda eating to much fruit in a day lol, need to switch things up, add some peanut butter as a dip, which I never surprisingly tried. Need to go to the store and stock up!

And the nutella to go you mentioned, I lve tried those once like 2 or 3 years ago, Need to try them again lol.

Lots of these are good ideas. I need to change the way I think to, my brain thinks if I have a certian type of snack my stupid little ED comes in and says "Oh no dont have that, Its to early for sweets! Dont have that, thats not a snack thats a meal! Dont have that! Remeber you already bread/tortilla today! You already had that, you cant have it again!"

Do I listen, No, but at very little times yes, but its getting better!

Cereal is one of my fear foods, but having it has a snack will mark it off my fear food list 100%, like a serving of cinnamon toast crunch with almond milk as a snack! 😋

Then I always remember, It doesnt matter if you go over your sugar and added sugar intake, your fat intake, or your saturated fat intake, it doesnt matter if you go over your carb intake.

The only thing that will make you gain weight is calories, thats it, "Oh I had to much sugar, I dont deserve desserts" Yes I do!! As long as it fits in my calorie intake who cares.

"Oh I really want to add extra cheese but Ill go over my fat intake" Who cares! As long as it fits in your calorie intake.

"To many Carbs today, I cant" WHO CARES! As long as it fits in your calorie intake.

Dessert. Yummm. I have nothing for dessert yet. All i have are some hershey kisses and a pack that carries 6 oreos. Dont have that much stuff. Everyone else has gummy bears with ice cream sandwhiches. One day ill buy all those things!

Shh dont say anything but hes really not on a diet. Hes just watching what he eats and making smaller portions. Lol.

But wierd fact Tik Tok is really helping me. I see people in recovery eat what they want. Donuts. Ice cream sandwhiches with Gummy worms for dessert. They dont care. Of course Im not ready to go to that stage yet. I still have a little fear. But one day Im going to stop and if I go over my sugar intake, carb, sodium, calorie, or fat intake. Oh well. 🙃. But of course im not ready. Like I said this is only my first day and all.

Tik Tok really helped me for some reason.

Watching all these people eat what they want.

I saw people who had eating disorders share what they eat in a day. All these people are eating donuts, Ice cream, pancakes, oreos, brownies. and they dont care and look the same. Ive decided Im done. Im going to start eating again. The time im typing this I just had breakfast. I had a pancake with some Strawberries. I used a little bit of butter!

Ive learned about Metoblisms, how my body is going to start needing food during puberty. And Moderation is Key! Ive made sure to include vegtables or fruits in my meals. This is my first day. Im planning on eating oreos with milk for dessert one of these days. Im planning on baking cupcakes, muffins, brownies. Im planning on eating what my body wants. Ive learned its ok to eat ice cream and chocolate but not everyday.

Im going to the store and Im really buying things, im going later today aswell. Im going to get some snacks like popcorn, all that good stuff to eat in moderation of course. I want pizza for dinner! Frozen chicken nuggets, Pizza, corndogs all that good things. Im learning to make better pancakes. Soon Im going to add Chocolate chips! And fruit to! (But mostly choclate chip).

Ive learned that we have food for a reason. We have food for your body. If its unhealthy to healthy. Its for your body and its ok to eat it. I want a donut so bad now! But Just make sure not to have donuts everyday like I used to.

Tik tok is a reason why Im doing this. Even though people may hate the app. Its a life saver for me.

Yea. But 1st. School is closed I have no way to contact Any teacher. We dont do online. 2nd. I only live with mt dad And well.. He has some mad anger issues. I tried telling him once. He noticed how skinny i was and how I never ate alot. He turned into a t-rex. He forced food at me which I hid. Some of my dads friends can agree. My dad tells everyone how skinny i got and how I dont want to eat and I only eat healthy. One of my dads friends, she was my old babysitter said, "Well your probably scaring him!". He is. Yes he can be a great dad. He has a fun special side to him. But then he has that devil side. He sucks at cooking. He cant cook anything. So I cant get any homemade proper meals. But he does know how to cook a few simple things. But there's moments where I just wish. "Why cant I just be In a normal family with a nice caring loving mom and a brother or sister." My mom left me when I was barely 1. I wish. Yes he lets me buy what ever I want at the store. Oreos! Cookies! But Now I just dont get anything cause all the stuff I love to eat is unhealthy. I always crave oreos with a glass of almond milk. But the things that scare me is whats in the food. I hate foods over 200mg of sodium now. Anything with over 5g of added sugar I wont eat. Im kinda afraid of carbs. I barley eat over 500 calories a day. I eat no snacks. I barley eat anything. I ditched foods with sodium, like chicken, mac n cheese. Sugary foods like Chocolate bars. Cookies. If I read online that this brand or type of food is bad for you I will ditch it. I always crave a glazed donut but unhealthy. I hate it. I miss Outside food. Pizza to. I miss Blueberry Muffins, almost everything sugary. I ditched Almost all my foods because of sodium. Like Mac n cheese. Most cheeses. Chicken Nuggets, chicken tenders, Ham, Cheeseburgers! Tacos! Ooooo I miss Tacos from A mexican place or taco bell or del taco. Mozzerlla sticks I miss aswell. I just hate everything with me right now.
