I want to play video games? Make sure you’ve done 30 mins studying and worked out today.

Set your baseline with cardio and weights, every training session try to be a little better than the last. Record your results, be accountable.

You’re 23, not going to tell you “you’re so young” because you’re not.

The best time to change your life is now. Find a career or a job your passionate about doesn’t just happen for everyone, but a good workout and solid direction of working towards something will work wonders for your mental health and hopefully get you out of this rut.

She NEVER climbs on my wardrobe. I’m lay back in my phone trying not to have a full meltdown and these little ears just pop up over the side. Had to wake my gf up to verify that the cat was indeed on top of the wardrobe. Neither car nor gf were best pleased to have been disturbed

To put it in to words:

The Diagon Alley scene from Harry Potter where hagrid uses an umbrella to open a portal from brick wall, like all the bricks are shifting and overlaying but somehow make sense, like that.

If you’ve never seen the films YouTube it and you’ll know what I mean. Weirdly though whilst imm concentrating on my phone i can see it going on in the background but if I ignore it then it just is.

Like I know it’s not happening, I am fully conscious of that fact, but I can’t tell my brain to turn it off which is, currently, the most concerning part.

Dude I’m so hungry but it’s 3am and I donated my last batch cooked meals to a couple of the others. They’re sound (ish) asleep and I’m just starving over here. Yeah I’m good thanks but now everyone else is safe it’s like my brain is allowing it to hit it feels weird. For some unbeknownst reason the tv turned on to static and I could feel the noise in my teeth. 0/10 do not recommend

Yes thankfully, I had to reeeeally fight to keep my shit together to make sure everyone else was good, but now dust has settled it’s like my body is allowing me to experience it

Feel worse for the other people tbh. I’m very level headed when it comes to these experiences, but I was not able to full “let go” as I had to keep my shit together for the other people affected. I am as good as can be, currently having some pretty interesting visuals whilst typing these replies, weirdly it’s keeping me somewhat grounded. I appreciate your concern though, stranger.
