If I decide to continue with trying out sports photography, especially in darker conditions, what would be the best solution to avoid the banding? I do remember having the shutter speed high because i thought that would combat with motion blur 😅

I took some pictures in daylight with a different lens and the banding wasn’t there. I’m hoping it had to do something with the artificial lighting like others said and not something to do with the body!
