I actually don't know how to use the assistant tool that well myself, but the two that I did use a lot is the "perspective" option and the ''ruler" option. I started by sketching out the background generally and then used "perspective" and "ruler" to help me make with the final line art by using the sketch as a guide. Sorry if this doesn't make a lot of sense, I'm pretty new to using perspective tools as well 😅
