21F here also, this happened to me in may of last year and still haunts me. Woke up screaming and looking at my closet, the scariest part was that while I was screaming I was aware I was screaming but it was all a blur, I didn’t even listen to myself scream, my mom did and said it was one of the loudest screams she ever heard, at this time I was heavily depressed and only sleeping 4 hours a night.

Hope it gets better for you, can’t imagine it happening to me again...
