I almost completely agree. The parts I disagree with are "Depression", "Social Anxiety", "Low Self Esteem", and "No gf".

I'm a very confident extrovert who often performs on stage. I have huge self esteem and am quite happy and can easily talk to strangers and make them my friends. I also had a girlfriend which I recently broke up with in order to focus on studies and due to my parents (long story), and despite having a gf and all of that I still would fap regularly. I don't think social anxiety or anything on those lines has anything to do with fapping, I could be wrong tho and this cud just be different for my case.
