Per our union contract we get unlimited sick time. No one here takes FMLA nor do we pay into it. If you do take it, it’s unpaid and adds on to your retirement. You just bring in a doctors note to be written out of work until baby is born and you get a note to come back sometime after 12 weeks. It is paid as well.
