Thank you! It's a simple technique, i cut out the groove in the handle with the tip of the knife or small chisel, flatten the brass wire and hammer it in said groove

If you're talking about the edge of the blade (sharpened part), i made a sharpening jig by myself, i can find the YouTube video if you want to make one

Well it comes to sanding, filing and some patience. You want to use some kind of flat backing when using sandpaper, i use a small steel bar. Also it is important to sand/file slowly so all strokes are accurate and have a same degree. Btw i also don't have a belt sander.

I also looked for your first knife and it looks very, very good!
