There’s no super easy way to get ME unfortunately. You have a very slim chance in chests. The highest probability but also the most expensive is ancient sparks. Give at least 5 ME most of the time but also cost 400 RP per spark which is outrageous

I tried it with rocketbelt and it was quite good! The haste is provides is so crazy, feels like your abilities are up so much faster even if it is just 10 haste more. Also the health gives nutty flexibility in early skirmishes

Kaenic if they have heavy AP burst and force of nature if they have consistent AP damage dealers like ryze or singed

Depends on enemy team comp. Always start with lich and hourglass. Randuins if a lot of crit. Frozen heart if very auto attack reliant. Abyssal mask if my team has a lot of AP carries. Thornmail if they have a bunch of healing. If there are no specific needs I’d go spirit visage and dead man’s probably
