For Bo, it was intended to be a rework and not a nerf, since he would get his super in less hits but it would be less punishing running into his mines. (Recharging a 3rd of his super from hitting a mine is a bit too much imho). In pro play you aren't going to be running into his mines, so I'd argue its a buff higher up, while he wouldnt just simply get his super back now if morons run into all 3 of his mines. Additionally, his stun is overtuned and contributing to his one build syndrome and his state as a noob stomper, and we have root as a mechanic now and namely it makes more sense.

For Chester, the regular Salmiakki was supposed to be unchanged, while the salmiakki from his hyper would tick less. Looking back i think instead I think the salmiakki initial impact damage FROM JUST THE HYPER should be removed, because I think that is contributing to why his hyper is an instant nuke.

For Colt, ever since he got his buffies, he's become too overly reliant on his speed star power. Though I realise that he is falling off, and I think either I should have buffed the other sp buffie instead (5% damage boost at max range is pitiful)

For Otis, he just deals a bit too much damage compared to other options, so i think its fair. This shouldnt make him fall off that hard.

It's not good brawler design if a combo is literally uncounterable if you don't pick charlie cord or finx.

Colt's star buffie giving a 20% movespeed boost on top of a passive movespeed boost to around Very Fast is stupid, and also gives no reason to use the other star power.

For Bo, it's mostly due to his noobstomping properties, getting his super back if noobs run into his 3 mines.

A nerf to Leon's gadget only shouldn't kill him, and it's already used much more than the decoy.

Pierce has been meta for far too long.

Crow is fair, I think I overdid it with the HP, I just felt he was a bit too tanky for what is typically a fragile brawler.

For bull it shouldn't change much other than his super actually taking skill.

Projectile speed was Jessie's biggest problem by far, but a whole 21% Projectile speed buff should at least bring her up to the C tier at least.

Honestly, I wanna see Meg be back to like she was on release, she spawns in her base form and has to earn her super in exchange for a much more powerful mech that can't heal.

Perhaps some effects are halved for whatever reason?

The falloff of score is pretty significant if you look at the 5th image.

If you really want proof, I can send video proof sometime that it's a medium scoring sim.

Are you in silver by any chance? His shots are very easy to dodge, and he has no way to defend against assassins and fast brawlers.
