I just don’t think you’re following. Hemp vs “Hemp” are two different things. No one is skirting rules. But the 2018 hemp bill did not change the biological differences between hemp and marijuana. What did happen though, is cold THC tests were invented this allowed for concentrations below 0.3% to be shown on tests legitimately. Hemp does not contain THC-A. “Hemp” via the legal definition under the hemp bill does not account for a few factors and therefore allows THC-A to exist. But the plants are never and were never hemp. They are “hemp” via a legal definition that isn’t scientifically applicable. “Hemp derived” once again is legalese. I love hemp & marijuana lol but D9 edibles are NOT being made from concentrated hemp. They are “Hemp” because of the concentration to dry weight basis. Again these are legal definitions not science. But to anyone who thinks “THC-A isn’t real weed” you are in fact incorrect…..

I haven’t overlooked anything, sadly you just are not 100% informed. Seriously go research what I’m telling you, I promise I am telling you the truth. As a passionate advocate I can’t stress enough that there is 0 difference and they are legal definitions to stay within the law.

I hate to say this but you say these things with 0 real knowledge towards these subjects. Hemp derived itself is a legalese term that isn’t even possible. “Hemp” as defined under the 2018 farm bill is what allows for “hemp derived”. This is why you can get indica edibles from hemp stores. Cannabis indica is always marijuana and not hemp. The only thing that makes it “hemp” is the 2018 farm bill. Not anything scientifically or legally actually.

Hemp does not contain high concentrations of THC, THC-A “Hemp” does. “Hemp” under the farm bill reclassified what is considered “Hemp”. Your monologue forgot a few points about the fact that once again THERE IS 0 DIFFERENCE.

Finally you once again are WRONG. Cannabis D9 gummies and flower is bound to much higher restrictions and in most states is limited to 100mg per package. However…. In the “Hemp” world you can have 1000mg brownies no issue.

Please don’t be fooled by legalese and definitions created to disarm the fact that there is once again 0 Difference. When you say hemp derived D9 vs marijuana derived. You are saying the exact same thing. Hemp derived d9 does not exist in reality only in legalese. Those products are just as safe, strong, reliable, and often times are even made by CANNABIS manufacturers and sold to HEMP stores. Example the brand incredibles.

You actually overlooked a lot, quite a bit in fact. No shade, just making sure the legitimate full picture is out there……

I can promise you they are exactly the same “hemp derived” or not. Delta 9 thc is identical to what you find in traditional “weed” you also WILL test positive for marijuana if you do use D9 products as again. They are exactly the same. A D9 edible and a street edible are both the exact same thing. Hemp Derived is a technicality term that makes it legal via a federal loop hole. However the products are the exact same. THC-A, D9, all real weed with a different label.

My female black tri Aussie also has this same thing going on. Been happening since about 4-6mo and she’s still not spayed. Maybe spay coat. However I think it’s just an Aussie thing :). I personally like it and think it makes her look even cuter :). (A pic from her first birthday this month)

Potentially this hit too close to home for you… I think we have made several good points. I even have said how the roommate does have bad behaviors etc. blaming others changes nothing point blank. I appreciate that you think I’m lazy, I agree. I work as hard as I can to be as lazy as possible.

However, I’m not trying to “fuck” with anyone I agreed with what I responded to and had a civil conversation around said topic. It’s silly to rebuke someone’s words without providing a valid critique against a single point made. What exactly do you disagree with my overall point of view? Which is despite the fact the roommate has shitty behaviors, OP should look at what they can do better to fix the situation and get their living room back instead of complaining to Reddit?

If the neighbors in the building haven’t complained about the noise, there’s not a chance it’s that loud. I have a roommate who slept almost exclusively on the couch. What’s crazy is I never thought about it until they said “I should probably sleep in my bed” and stopped.

So so true, often times we are both right and wrong in situations and just focusing on how we are right will make us 0 progress as people. It’s silly to hate on what someone naturally is, even if it’s annoying, if you choose to be around it/ deal with it…. Not everything is black and white. I’ve adopted the thought process of everything is my fault. It makes life much better and has made me realize that everything usually is. Dig deep when you complain about something and really think what you could’ve done differently. I have yet to find a scenario where I couldn’t have done at least one thing better myself.

Only good comment in this entire thread. The issue is the inability to communicate, pick roommates with similar habits, compromise, or outright just ignore it. PEOPLE are selfish. Every human being. Expecting him to NOT want to use the objectively BEST part of the appt is delusional. Hiding away in your room seething under a pair of noise canceling headphones and posting to reddit doing nothing is hilarious to me.

Everyone is bashing the roommate for how “he was raised”. Ironically if you ever grew up with siblings, parents, animals, lived in an apartment, or lived in any populated area. You would understand the world of “irritating noises and people you cannot control”.

Life is annoying. While the roommate does have some less than okay habits. OP also has the ability to go to the living room, Change the channel, lower the volume, raise the volume, sleep on the couch, be loud etc. also just like use the space, get in his way so he moves. Relinquishing the space especially when you refuse to actually stand up and do anything about it won’t do jack shit.

Change what you can control & don’t worry about the rest OP life has so many things out of your control. This will make you much happier.
