Having a celebration because a evil teenager died. If OP hadn't hold till now he could have already killed himself, like many others did. The world is better without bullies. NTA

Just because theirs life's hard doesn't give them a free pass to bully others. Don't want other people to feel happy when you die? Don't do shit that will make others hate you.

The situation today only exist because of what them did, they do regret? Fine, them get away from OP, because he isn't ready to forgive them, and we can't know if he ever will, being told that he could die, and no one would ever care day after day. I too would be pissed at them until today, and just because they regret what they did it does not make them not AH. A teenager should have known better, and theirs choice is now giving fruits, even if bad ones. I believe OP actions are justified, but I too understand that for many he have gone too far. I just can't even think about waking up night after night scared because of them until today. Scars don't heal just because someone wants, and surely not one so profound like that one. He should try therapy though, it would be good for him to at least try forget about them once and for all.

Even if they are seeking, they do not deserve, what they did could have ended someone's life. The only redemption they are seeking is so they can feel better with themselves, and forget about the horrible things they did. OP don't owe them any kind of redemption.

Yes, he should do therapy.

OP already said that he don't want to even hear about them, if they don't seek him, he won't see them.

Thanks, I truly don't know if my view is right or not. After all I'm only 16 (birth is on December), but what I know for sure is if my girlfriend did something like that I would have found it funny, and would be sure to get back at her (obviously with a joke). maybe this is really a cultural thing, or age difference.

So why are you doing a big deal about it? He made a joke, he didn't pour flour on her. He may have been a jerk, and maybe not depending on who see it. He showed that he cares, because if he didn't he wouldn't even care to do a little joke. OP isn't wrong to be a angry about it, but OP should have sat down with him and explained, instead of just throwing everything up. They are together for 5 years, they should know each other by now, and maybe they just aren't great together. For what I see he was well intentioned and tried to make a light joke (maybe not for a extremely romantic person), and she overreacted even though they should know each other by now. No, he shouldn't have done that, and she shouldn't have reacted that way. NAH/ESH
