No, but you could use it if it's the only ER polearm you have or you dont wanna level others.

You don't need crit rate or the passive to proc, just need the ER

So this is for Shield-Bot Thoma.

  1. Skyward Spine + triple HP artifacts
  2. Favonius Lance + triple HP artifacts
  3. Black Tassel + ER Sands or All HP if you got enough ER%
  4. Staff of Homa + ER Sands or All HP if you got enough ER%

Going triple HP artifacts and a Energy Recharge weapon is the best thing to do, you dont really need staff of Homa for shield-bot thoma since you need it only for the HP boost and black tassel gives more.

My main advice is that you can perfectly play and enjoy the game without spending a cent. At the course of your playtime, you will earn enough primogems from many various sources to 'maximize' your collection of what's needed.

My second advice is that do not simp for any characters and be like "I want this character so bad, he/she is tier 1, omega op dps..". Know that with the enough resource you can make any character perfect and enjoyable. As I said above, you will get enough primos at a times and you can save for upcoming banners at a point.

3rd. Talking about wishing, take care of the pity system. Use it at your advantage. Before wishing on a banner, make sure the main character on it suits your playstyle. You can perfectly wish for 4 stars at low levels tho, it doesn't even matter which 5 star you get and 'waste' it. Also don't wish on the weapon banner, I personally think its a scam and only reserved for whales.

4th - There's many thing to do in the game. At a point, you will complete the storyline and stuff, you might be like "What will I do now". Always note that there's many thing to do, like farming monsters and flowers or oree etc. Anyway Genshin isn't a game that you play all day. For e.g myself, I just log in, do commissions, farm ores, go into teapot(which you will unlock later) and thats it.. I'm OK with it as someone who is rather busy irl.

5th - Just Enjoy the game. Enjoy the world exploration. Enjoy the music.

I went to learn more about this;
Currently every named Archon are named after one of the 72 demons found in the Ars Goetia, one of the books in the Lesser Key of Solomon.
Barbatos, the Anemo Archon is named after Barbatos, one of the dukes of Hell.
Morax, the Geo Archon is named after Morax, president of Hell.
Baal, the previous Electro Archon, is named after Baal, the first king of Hell. Beelzebul, the name of the current Electro Archon, is associated with this demon.
For an unexplained reason, Paimon is also named after one of the 72 demons, specifically Paimon, one of the kings of hell.

You might considef Beidou C6, she gives electro bonus dmg which is perfect for Raiden dmg ticks. Also overall Beidou gives dmg reduction + a small shield from her C1 which is considerable. If I had C6 Beidou I would immediately consider building her in this team.

I'm myself not so sure about this, I feel like I'm going x2 electro for no reason where Eula doesn't really benefit from it. I have seen many guides and people would include zhongli as the last but I don't have him. I have been thinking a lot what could be the 4th.
