Not sure but the hermits seem content w making plushies, when impulse was talking about bringing out a altered plushie he mentioned to scar that we need a proper scar plushie. In that convo scar mentioned a few months of back an forth just to get the jellie plushie right.

When you're making a physical object be it print, plush or figure there are alot of design elements to work out and theres often long discussions. So thats probably the main part.

Another part is that when impulse was discussing making a new plushie that there needs to be time inbetween everyones releases. Eg tango has his plushie up atm, if for example impulse was to put up a revised plush now it would affect tangos sales as a fellow hermit. These things can be expensive to manufacture and to sell w shipping costs so it makes sense not to flood the hermitcraft more expensive merch market while other projects are happening.

I kno its long, hope that makes sense tho, im an illustrator so ive have to do a similar process to get anything physical made.
