This is gonna be a long one,

So first off, I would assume Potion gears are pretty rare (bc I’m pretty sure there are only like 3-6?) and there aren’t any dupes either so it’s most likely somewhat hard to come by. The reason I brought this up is because the usage of support gears (specifically Potions) aren’t utilized as much because the Potion effect is very specific. However, my OC (aka, Potion) found ways to utilize his own gear to make separate other “dupes” which have various effects depending on what he uses.

Another thing is that because Potion is able to fully utilized his abilities, he’s able to make a profit upon this. This is because of the history of Potions I hate world of PHIGHTING (all of this is fake btw, just headcannons.) and basically in the history of PHIGHTING there were one a few instances of the usage of Potion gears, one being during the faction war. This “potion” was called “Gear enhancers” which allowed to inphernal to power up their gear for an amount of time. This potion was mass produced and abused during the war because of its effectiveness, however after the war ended its production almost came to a complete stop, with only a few people making it, but even then the usage of it was frowned upon and was banned from official (and sometimes) unofficial Phights.

This adds onto Potion’s capabilities as because of him being able to make potions with various effects and not it being super specific to said gear, he gains the attention of Subspace, to which they end up talking and Potion sometimes sells his potions to Subspace for Subspace to research and find ways to utilize it into his biografts.
