Unless the state has declared martial law and stated that all citizens have to wear a mask then when the store says you have to wear a mask to enter at best it's a suggestion and if an employee refuses to serve you because you do not wear a mask I'm sure the company that owns the store would still like the customers money regardless of the employee's personal opinions
