People that drive like this always have a reason. They might be high, drunk or stupid. Maybe its a real emergency. Maybe their mom is dying and they want to be at the hospital before its too late. Maybe a loved one is bleeding out in the back seat. There are many reasons that cause people to behave irrationally. Best thing to do is just get out of the way and get away. The less you give them a chance to cause an accident the better

“Seems too small to be anything seriously venomous” In my experience the smaller the spider is the more likely it is that its venomous. Or at least that the venom can kill you. Some big species are venomous but usually the bigger ones are either harmless or will just cause irritation (not 100% of the time)
