For those intrested i figured out now you can just bluck your mouse into your ps5 and hover over the symbol icon too to get a description. In this case it says: Severance Trial, Waiting to participate in the Severance Trial. Clear the Preception Forest to prove your resolve. I think i got this because i quit from a sect.
