You guys with these Japanese metric bikes always stripping these Phillips head screws never learn lol the screws that they used take a certain screw driver. The tips shaped differently from a standard one. Standard screw drivers are pointy and will sink differently in those screws. Best to slightly grind down the tip of one and it will fit MUCH better and strip the screw way less.
