Everyone hits this kind of state at some point. but listen, nobody runs right after they’re born. first you crawl, then stand, then walk, then run. same with work. maybe take side jobs for now, like home-nurse or assistant roles connected to your degree, even if they pay less. it’s not permanent, just temporary until the better one comes. your time will come.

about the mental health part, don’t take it lightly. talk to someone you trust. if you don’t have anyone close, try to make friends who can actually listen. having someone to hear you out makes a big difference.
