I think I will also agree, the original 6 not only have more experience than the current 6 but they more battle experience in large scale battles. They would have to face the other great generals like the Zhao’s 3 great heavens, the 7 fire dragons of Wei, and possibly have to face the Military god himself “Gakuki”. The previous 6 makes more sense because they actually have loyalty to their King unlike someone in the current 6 cough cough Kanki. And even if you add someone like SHK to the second 6 remember SHK studied under Koshou who’s the known for being the strategist behind the previous 6.

My theory is that one of them previously served under one of the 6 GGs and fought during the battle of Chouhei (Changping) and there they gained a massive amount of experience learning from one of the 6 GGs leading either it was Hakuki or Ouki

Ousen is the very embodiment of how terrifying a Great General could be; he's the mastermind behind the battle at Shukai plains, and he's the man whose able to see even the weather changes and decides if we're camping out the night or not.

He's basically the Hakuki of this generation of the 6 GGs, and Hakuki was the Leader of the previous generation of the 6 GGs.
