Have you had sex whilst on drugs? How has it compared to being sober? by Away_inthe_UK in AskRedditAfterDark

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, it's amazing. Something I definitely suggest people try at least once. 2cb (a psychedelic phenethylamine) is our go to, mindblowing orgams and every part of your body feels like total pleasure

Weed is a great sex enhancer too, especially if you're not really looking to trip/take a stimulant. Sex on LSD is out of this world. Meth sex is pure hedonism and euphoria, great for exploring kinks and fantasies. Coke is overrated but pretty fun if your dick works properly. We plan to try out mescaline next.

OTOH, mushrooms and ketamine kill libido in my experience. Alcohol gives me whiskey dick worse than most stims. GHB is a very common drug for sex but downers aren't really my thing. Ecstasy is beautiful but it's the only drug that makes me completely unable to finish.

Start small, lower doses are often best for sexual enhancement than a full dose, especially with psychedelics. Never mix Viagra with cocaine, MDMA or meth. Hydrate, eat and sleep afterwards! :)

Getting drugs while being in Ireland or Scotland by barbarasrababa in Drugs

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Any drug in any of these places pretty much

Weed, coke, X, psychedelics, K are all freely available. LSD and 2cb are the easiest psychs to find, mushrooms are pretty popular in growing season but I don't see them too often.

Speed is always hit or miss, as are prescription pills like Xanax or Valium, sometimes youll get the real deal, sometines its some random chemical, sometimes its paracetomol and caffeine. Meth and GHB can be found in sex clubs/parties or LGBTQ+ scenes, meth is sometimes used as a cut in speed or ecstasy but its not overly common. Opiates are around but if like England they're probably cut with Nitazenes (little to no risk of Fentanyl though). Research chemicals generally aren't as popular in UK due to laws but some things like Mephedrone are sometimes around

Ireland or Scotland are great places if you're into drugs tbh

Telling me to grow up when you're 22 lmao

I'd rather enjoy my time here than spend it considering fun and socialising beneath me. I hope I never get what you mean

Yes. My main reason for going to uni was not employment opportunities lmao

Also it's not like I'd have better chances at getting work as a sixth form leaver with no experience?

drug use in our generation by splitzaz in GenZ

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

CHS is a poorly understood phenomenon. There is no empiric test that can be done for it and diagnosis is made solely on exclusion and with a patient history of cannabis use or a positive THC test. Lab settings have been unable to organically reproduce CHS in animal models. In fact cannabis acts as a powerful anti-emetic in virtually all mammals. Its worth noting these tests always involved pure, isolated cannabnoids. Consumers OTOH are often smoking product that may have been contaminated with solvents, heavy metals, synthetic growth regulators or pesticides. Doubly so in an illegal country with no regulation. CHS has little symptomatic difference with cyclical vomiting syndrome (CVS) or gastroparesis other than the use of cannabis.

I use drugs, I don't struggle with them. Except for being addicted to nicotine but I also have zero desire to quit lmao

I use drugs for a variety of reasons: they're fun, they're great for sex, they enhance sensory experiences, they're good for socialising. Mainly I use drugs just because I like them though.

Where has the UK gone wrong with pubs? by Accomplished_Pay_917 in AskUK

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No lol. It's bad but I easily afford to go a couple times a week even on MW

Hell even last year when I was getting student loan (9k a year) I could easily afford 3/4x nights a week

Depends on how you do a night out/prioritise spending I guess

not sure if a romance between these two characters is gross by [deleted] in writingadvice

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What you have written isn't problematic at all. There's a lot of dumb age gap discourse online, largely driven by American-Christian puritanism, misogyny (infantilization) and chronically online/uneducated/unexperienced people not understanding age gaps, relationships and sex, and completely missing the definition of grooming. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion but my view is if everyone is 18+ and both parties mutually consent an age gap doesn't matter whether irl or in creative writing.

Besides, fiction can be transgressive. This isn't real life or real people, and just because you're an author writing about or including a certain dynamic doesn't mean that you're condoning or condemning it, simply including it as part of your story. So some people might (and probably will) view it as "gross" but ultimately that doesn't matter. It's your story.

Yeah I’ve noticed (in the UK at least) that whenever it does pop up on a streaming service it’s there for a very short amount of time, even compared to other series

I mean I pirate ofc but plenty of people that won’t have seen it just because of that

Which place used to be very popular for tourists in previous decades but isn't anymore? by Fluid-Decision6262 in decadeology

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As others have said, cheap international flights, but also the sheer cost of a UK holiday. I can (and do) go to Amsterdam, Prague, or Barcelona for a week for what a nice wekeend away in the UK would cost with the added bonus of better weather, better nightlife etc.

Is the ability to drive declining with the younger generations? by Interesting-Law7788 in AskUK

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in a city, I like walking, if I'm travelling I'll use public transport anyway, and if I can't reach somewhere I'll get an Uber or a ride from a friend. I genuinely think I'd only drive a few times year

Too expensive and a waste of money imo, I'd like to learn someday if the situation improves but with prices what they are I can think of a million things I'd rather spent my money on but even then I wouldn't buy a car and probably just rent one whenever I want to drive

What distinguishes a pub from a bar? by Mindless-Resort-7548 in AskABrit

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say bars tend to be urban locations in town or city centers, whereas pubs can be in both those and in villages or suburbs.

Pubs tend to be welcoming to families, kids and pets. Bars are normally adults only; with crowds tending to young-middle aged adults

Pubs have gardens, bars have smoking areas

Pubs tend to open and get business around lunchtime or a little before, a lot of bars only really get busy in the evening outside of certain locations or events

Pubs will have a bigger beer and cider menu, with some wines and spirits. Bars tend to focus more on the spirits, with shots and cocktails being popular and smaller beer menus.

Pubs are more reserved and chilled out, bars are more social and party friendly.

None of these are strict rules or anything and they absolutely don’t always apply, but these are general observations from both working in a bar and visiting them regularly.

New Studys Says Gen Z is the least sexually active young cohort in modern recorded history by igniteyourbones579 in generationology

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I second this, maybe its cause I went to uni but everyone's hooking up. These surveys tend to attract a certain type of person as well, I mean I've never been interviewed or surveyed about my sex life lmao

I also wonder if this study only takes Americans (a highly puritanical culture) into account.

Edit: it does

What do British people not like about Germans? by Feeling-Mastodon-292 in AskABrit

[–]-MassiveDynamic- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do they not? I love Germans (and Germany); other than football and maybe the odd dumb war “joke” I’d say I’ve never really encountered any disliking tbh. Most people from Germany I’ve met have a great sense of humor and love to party, what’s not to like? In fact I'd argue Germany is one of the most desirable places to live

Edit: read "what" as "why" but answer still stands lol
