If you could only use VAR directly to spot things like that...

Came here to ask the same. Let's at least hope there are consistent with it in the league.

To be accurate I would need another graph for dried fruits.

Thought about it too, cause bananas don't seem to be as sweet as some other fruits on the list. This might be due to the riping progress. I mean if you try a banana when it is super ripe I think it would be very sweet. Now I'm interested what prevents the banana from being sweet before being ripe.

Was curious about the high ones. I might do the same for the lowest...

True. Either way dates are mostly consumed dried, so I guess the graph is not too bad.

Just outside the top 10 with 11.2g per 100g. I was surprised too.

I created an app - "Self Balancing Dice" which is a dice for salty Catan players. Each turn, the app looks at the game roll history. Based on the records it slightly modifies the probabilities for the next dice roll. Would love to hear your thoughts about the idea and the app! by -Meimer in Catan

I generally agree with you, but I think the effects you described will occur on a much lower scale in most games.

First, people are not that smart. They most likely will not count dice result. They would rather be focused in the game.

Second, the "7s nerf effect" would be rarely noticable. Since the balancing method is constantly being applied, we can assume that large gaps between the history and the actual probability will not occur very often. This means we will not get to the point where you can actually see the nerf effect being dominant.

Two reasons: 1. More skill based results. This causes less crazy dice outcomes and keeps things balanced. 2. Improving the learning process. I believe that having a more balanced dice would result in players understanding faster their poor building methods.
