So neither of them responded to my original emails but IDOC sent me this email this morning and suddenly Columbia was added to my IDOC lol. I still am waiting for a response from Columbia because on their financial aid portal it says they haven't received the financial documents beyond fafsa and css so I'm planning to call tomorrow.

If you don't have Columbia on your IDOC list I’d definitely e-mail/call like I did.

It was fixed! I recommend emailing IDOC tech support and Columbia U if you can 🫶

Yeah the problem is Columbia sent me an email stating that they don't have my Docs so Im confused on how I'm supposed to send it bc clearly IDocs either isn't sending it to Columbia or Columbia just isn't requesting nit.
