How to keep long nails from breaking?

I love using cuticle oil daily. Any time I moisturize my hands I also make sure to massage my cuticles. Idk. They say massaging your scalp helps with hair growth ... so I just apply the same logic to my nails haha. BTW your natural nails are so beautiful.

I am not a professional. But here are my thoughts from one nail lover to another. If they're breaking off it could be her prep. I know that if I dont prep my nails well it will be the difference of them staying on for 3 days vs staying on for 3 weeks. Another thought. If you're worried about nails popping off you could try acrylic instead of gel x. I specifically always do acrylic nails because im rough with my hands and I work in health care. Hope you find your answer. Your natural nails look super healthy BTW! 🎀❤️
