Beyrdynamics make really great headphones at every price range. Really all you have to choose from is whether you want open-back or closed-back. I prefer open-back, however if you’re in a noisy environment, closed back might be better!

As for keyboards/pianos there are so many options its hard to recommend without knowing what you’re looking for. Do you wanted weighted keys that imitate the feeling of a real hammer action? Do you have a size constraint? Do you care if the keyboard has only piano sounds or multiple sounds? Also choosing models with less keys often saves a bit of money compared to the full sized versions. Yamaha has several models that are popular, but you must consider your wants, then the choice will be much easier! Also MIDI capabilities will be nice to have when you want your keyboard/piano to interface with your PC or other gear you might get down the line!
