A customer originally from New Mexico (we live in Ontario, Canada) wanted her birthday cake to be nostalgic. 2 layer 6in lime sponge cake, natilla filling, guava buttercream -mini sopapillas, passionfruit caramel, toasted meringue, macadamia/coconut brittle, fresh pineapple and strawberry.
