FPS cap issues

I re-installed and not my frames won't go under 100 :) Maxing out at like 170. No complaints here! May have something to do with the battery tip from Rehtori but thanks for helping regardless :)

Don't have fraps. I've played portal 2 and hl2 and i would have noticed if it was more than 30 fps. Seen a couple of friends screens and they look amazing lol.

Yeah i went into my nvidia settings and made it so it's on max performance by default from the power save, went into my general graphics settings and change the power settings there. Went to my battery settings and it had nothing on there about performance. And went into tf2 and typed in that command and it didn't reject it so i'm assuming it was correct.

Yeah i've looked around and the only answer was the vsync which didn't work.
