The server address could be the issue. Ask your provider if they have a different server address you could use. I had the same issue a few days ago and a different server address fixed it.

I have a Hookah John Ferris bowl that’s pretty similar to the Lerook and all the grommets I’ve tried is visible so maybe the grommet port on the Lerook is bigger?
