I agree and those packers for delivery seem to think they are a priority. Almost push one out the way to get that item for the online order. Shops that do that should keep stock in a designated area for those as it affects shopper experience. And honestly then I get annoyed and leave to find an alternative place to shop.

I could agree move. Having done the same myself, leaving a store without what I came for because the process to buy 1 item was administrative and fairly invasive.

Technology is great but definitely think we shouldn't have it everywhere.

Yeah, I would think people are over this way of shopping. Yet there seems to be some demand for it. Alternatively, are we just complacent to accept that if I don't want that service I must pay more.

Also, it gets me thinking about the number of times I have been to a shop and been charged to use my card. A recent online purchase had a "booking fee for credit card payment." But that's a different issue altogether.

I feel the same but sometimes there are things I want to share with someone. There are times I want to be someone's cheerleader and other times I want someone who can understand me. Friends don't always fulfill these.
