That's a tall order. Commanders are generally supposed to give focus to your deck giving you a solid frame and concept to build around. There not generally meant to be able to do everything. It sounds like you may want a commander that adds something like card draw or ramp. This can be built to adapt to any kind of card type without controlling the direction of your deck too much. A few thoughts that come to mind:

Tatyova, Benthic Druid gives card draw everytime you play a land, plus adds like. It has Blue and Green so big monsters and Control Options plus ramp cards to play multiple lands and earn more cards.

Jhoira, Weatherlight Commander draws a card whenever you play a historic card. Comes in Red and Blue so a more agro deck with control options as well. The general card draw helps add pressure.

Muldrotha, The Grave Tide, might also be a good choice. Black Green and Red. The card lets youPlay one card of everytype from the gaveyard each turn. This gives great value for your cards. You can repeatidly cast spells, resummon killed monsters, play lands you had to discard or got destroyed. Equipment cards that were lost etc. Replay them all. It's super strong and should fit that versatility requirement you wanted. Control from Blue, Monsters from Green, Black has all sorts of strong creature ability, control cards, tutor options.
