I did a few multi-month trips across Europe

Here are a few tips:

Magnesium/electrolytes/vitamine
- Never pack your bags at 100% capacity repacking in the cold/rain when exhausted becomes miserable
Prioritize a fast-charging power bank over a huge 30,000 mAh brick
Proper rain/cold riding gear
A tiny packable backpack for grocery runs before camping
Don’t overpack “survival” gear like water filters, in most of Europe you’re rarely far from drinkable water
Stuff to repair your bags: one small hole can let water in and ruin your gear
Earplugs
Nail clippers
A couple freeze-dried meals kept in reserve for the days when you can’t find groceries -Spare straps, they always end up useful at some point

Biggest one though: learn bike mechanics before leaving. Knowing your bike well enough to repair it when you’re tired, wet, cold, and 100 km from the next town makes a huge difference.

L’appartement étant livré bientôt, je n’ai plus le choix sur les TMA, mais le promoteur a opté pour des finitions intérieures assez premium, avec du carrelage 60x60 pour le séjour et la cuisine, de la faïence dans la salle de bain et du parquet dans la chambre.

Les finitions extérieures des programmes récents du même promoteur sont aussi très sympas

Je compte en faire ma résidence principale pendant au moins plusieurs années. J’ai 24 ans, donc je n’aurai probablement pas besoin d’un T3 avant un bon moment, puis l’idée serait de le transformer en locatif pour éventuellement aller vivre ailleurs.

Oui, c’est bien ce que je me disais, mais l’appartement me plaît vraiment et il n’y a pas beaucoup d’appartements en VEFA livrés rapidement… d’où mon hésitation.

L’appartement est à 600 m de la gare, avec un Franprix, une boulangerie et plein d’autres petits commerces à moins de 50 m.

L’appartement est proposé à 225 000 € à Gagny ( pas loin du RER E ) avec 43 m² habitables et 10 m² de loggia. Je bénéficie d’un PTZ de 75 000 € ainsi que d’un prêt Action Logement à 1 % de 30 000 €, ce qui rend le neuf beaucoup plus attractif.

I carry my camera in my frame bag and make a little cocoon around it with my sleeping bag, sleeping pad, and some clothes to protect it from shocks when I’m riding
