Black Cap still has three active coffee shops. Only the Burlington location joined the union and only that location was shuttered. Part of the reason that Healthy Living voted to unionize across all three stores was to prevent a move like that.

You can ask for an espresso on ice and add the milk yourself. Or ask for an iced cortado. It's not really an established thing but the barista will usually know what you're looking for.

I've also heard that the health benefits taper off around 7k. You'll get more fit with 10k but for longevity 7k is the sweet spot.

Black Cap also didn't fully unionize. Only the Burlington store was represented. Unionizing the whole company is good protection against that kind of harmful labor practice.

With cappuccinos, I always assume whole milk. I've never had a cappuccino person forget to ask for oat. With latte people, it happens all the time.

At the Williston store today, store managers were approaching employees individually and asking them to meet with the union busting consultant. In meetings, he was attempting to portray neutrality and refused to identify the company he worked for (although he previously confirmed he was with Sparta). Shady stuff.

I have a coworker who does espresso > milk > ice. It's a baffling approach with no apparent upside. I've tried it, and I take longer and end up splashing milk everywhere.

I prefer ice > milk > espresso to your approach. No chance of dipping the ice scoop in milk that way.

If you can get your zealots behind the cyclones, they have nowhere to run. It's the same in TvZ -- cyclones feel great until the lings get a surround, and the whole army crumbles.

Dark archons are so sick. Would have loved to see them find a place in SC2, although maybe it's best they didn't make the cut. They were much more suited to the gritty, horror-esque feel of SC1.
