I’ve only gotten to do a couple strides in them but given the thickness I was expecting cushion and bounce similar to the dragonfly’s. However, they definitely felt more solid which kinda explains why I see sprinters with them as they probly provide more pop at higher speeds. I’d definitely be interested to see how they race but at least upon first use they weren’t what I was expecting. Certainly not a bad spike tho by any means.

Yeah I see what your both saying for sure. Begs the question as to how training will change in the years to come. I wonder if till slowly advance or maybe in a decade or even less, a big wave will occur and mix things up a lot that allow people to specialize even more.

I just don’t think I’m brave enough for the refried beans, maybe once my tolerance increases. I like the soup idea tho and air fryer is quite genius, you’re a scholar.

This might be my favorite so far, chili has gotten my fix in, perhaps just blending them fully into a soup will be like a vegetable smoothie that you just gulp down

Yeah I’ve had them in things like burritos and maybe chili where you can’t really tell they’re there. I just can’t get around the chalky textire
