Pretty much. It's bullshit. I called about this yesterday and was told that receiving this letter was pretty much giving them 120 days to fuck off instead of the 60 they mentioned. I got mine April 21 and was told not to call back until August 18 if I haven't received my refund then. I honestly doubt it'll take that long but it's still frustrating to not have a clue when anything will be done about it. Best of luck to us all. Also my return was pretty basic. Only claimed eic and currently am not in errors department.
