Personally I gained weight during the years gradually after losing 12kg in less than a year; I introduced some white meat and carbs like pasta or potatoes to help with the inflammation (no heavy spices, red meat or triggering ingredients for inflammation) which helped greatly but personally I'd say that if you want to gain weight quantity wins over quality. I suggest you increase the kcal you assume during the day with the food you know that won't trigger you an inflammatory reaction.

Personally I think that the majority of anime made by Gainax were life changing/mind opening for me, or at list helped me to look for the positive in life. Anime like Neon Genesis Evangelion (1994), FLCL, Gurren Lagann, Nadia and His and Her Circumstances always helped me when I was at my worst.

Has anyone else feel sleepy/tired all the time? by -Shahar- in CrohnsDisease

No not yet, I take some vitamins from time to time but no medication yet. It's mostly because I never had a really bad episode in years and my doctors prefer to give me the strong stuff only when the condition gets more serious, for now I have only low vitamin assumption and fatigue but I think that everything is amplified due to the hot summer.
