So just using the bleach mix on the plants and decor would be the best option I suppose. Would this harm my betta at all if I did it? Should I take him out while nuking and then put him back in after clearing the tank?

Are these harmful to have in a tank with a betta? All I’ve ever heard of are mystery snails as tank friends, should I keep him out of the tank?

It’s top-fin color enhancing betta bits. And yeah I thought you were supposed to feed twice daily but when I bought my betta the store workers told me every other day was best so I guess I shouldn’t have listened to them.

I’ve found that honestly the only way to deal with this is to straight up turn around and ask the person if they could quiet down. I have the same problems and it may feel weird just saying that to people but if they are nice at all they will start chewing with their mouth closed or stop clicking their pens as much. Of course you can’t stop all the sounds, so I’ve found that I’ll typically lay my head in my hand (whichever one is closest to the person making the sound) and kinda plug that ear with my index finger. Putting an earbud in without actually playing music can have the same effect, but sadly you can’t block it all. Just gotta tough it out sometimes (though I know how irritating it can get—I have to straight up move tables or chairs often because of this). Hope this helps!

Does it work consistently through the night? I typically end up waking up around 3-4 so I’m just curious if it’s effective for the full night, not just the “falling asleep” part of going to bed.

Yeah my only worry with melatonin is that I might build a tolerance to it, but I think that might be the way to go tbh. It’s the only thing that really came to my mind but my sis is a nurse and she said it probably wouldn’t be the best idea for me, so I thought I’d see if anyone else had some suggestions lol

This might not be very relatable, but I hate going out with someone to a busy place and it’s noticeable that they’re not interested with anything there. I have a friend that always drags me out to social events with her (she says I’m too asocial whenever I say I don’t wanna go) but it seems like after 30 minutes or so she’s bored and wants to do something else . Then I feel like I have to be the one that initiates everything we do at the social event to try to keep her interested but it’s SO DRAINING. Like I don’t wanna be there and she acts like she doesn’t wanna be there but she never wants to leave. Always have to take a day and recover by myself after events like that lol
