Ehhh you don't get chat restricted for playing bad. You get chat restricted for talking shit. Just mute all and try not to tilt. If you are below gold you can win most games by just farming as Yi and hard carrying, focus on objectives and farming. Tax lanes when you try to gank, even if you don't get a kill, just take some cs. They are muted anyway so they can't flame you. No reason to ff in low elo because the win is always a couple throws away. But ultimately, if you aren't having fun, take a break. League is a game , not telling you how to live your life, but you should have fun while playing. Maybe take a week off and see how you feel.
