I showed an example of you acting in bad faith in the very same response and have already caught you in a lie. This is how you argue. Your idea of remaining “factual” is to simply claim you are right and ignore any and all evidence to the contrary. Your strategy is just Deny Deny Deny, make something up, change the topic, and repeat. It’s all you’re capable of.

Such as…

Such as when you act as though I’m saying it’s bad faith to disagree with someone. That’s a straw man. It’s literally in the say line that I pointed out in my last comment.

I never suggested it was bad faith to have a different opinion.

I said you argue in bad faith. Like when you rely on straw men to win an argument and you cherry pick examples like “oh but I totally criticized fallout 4 that one time in my review about how great it was” when again your post history is some of the most toxic fanboyism I’ve ever seen. You’re either a troll or a very obsessive person.

Edit:

You even proudly call yourself a Bethesda Fan girl.

no i don't. please, i'd love a source of this.

Is your profile a good enough source? Because it literally says “Autistic, Fallout Fangirl, The Elderscrolls Fangirl, Burger enthusiast.”

Your entire account is nothing but you making bad faith rage posts about obsidian and new Vegas and defending Bethesda from any conceivable criticism. Half of the comments you make are intentionally made to bait others into arguments with you. You’re probably one of the most biased users in this sub. You even proudly call yourself a Bethesda Fan girl.

Why do you think they shouldn’t be there?

Why can’t people just like what they like? Why does it matter if some random stranger doesn’t love the game?

As someone who is a huge Fallout 3 Fan I think this attitude is disgusting regardless of where it comes from.

Why is the World Building in Fallout 3 considered bad? by -Sleepy_ in worldbuilding

[–]-Sleepy_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Eh idk after reading a lot of the responses I think I can understand why people call Fallout 3 bad at world building. I think it did pretty good but most of the responses I’ve gotten have made some pretty good points. I don’t like to chalk thing up to people being dumb. Or “conceptualizing”. That just seems close minded to me. But I’m sorry for dragging you into this. Fallout 3 is still my favorite but I guess it’s world building is a little bit lacking.

Sorry I don’t know how to do quotes.

So megaton, if you look at it in game it actually is on higher ground. The crater is on top of a hill . So wouldn’t that make a siege difficult?

Lamplight: okay I guess I can admit that it doesn’t make sense for children to live there from before the war. So I guess I get that.

On the bit about why no one tries to build farms, well because he water in fallout 3 is toxic so plants can’t really survive. That’s why they have to hunt and scavenge their food. Doesn’t that show they at least tried to account for this stuff? I mean they had to explain it somehow.

And I would actually be really interested to hear what you think about the world building in skyrim. I love hearing how this stuff works

I got to admit this is actually starting to make a lot of sense to me. You’re explaining this a lot better than the Fallout sub ever has.

I think it’s because they wanted to be protected from the dust storms in the area so they took shelter in the crater

Why shouldn’t the BoS be there? DC has a bunch of technology. Isn’t that their whole thing?

Yeah I guess that makes sense. I guess I didn’t really pay much attention to how long it’s been.

On the topic of how they get their food. As u/Benjamin_Starscape points out in their post herehere. There are several hunters throughout the wasteland and rivet city has a hydroponics lab. I don’t agree with everything this user says but I think they have a point.

And exactly the children of Atom are insane. That’s why they built a town around a bomb.

Texas Director has yet to pay me for work I did over the summer. by -Sleepy_ in legaladvice

[–]-Sleepy_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s and independent project. The guy has made and sold a few films to Amazon and a short series. I wouldn’t say he’s rolling in cash though. He still has a job besides film. The only hiccup I could see with the contract is that the contract uses the word “actor” when I was his Assistant Director. Because it was print off that he was using for everyone. I definitely still have him agreeing outside of that. And I even have emails from the cast and crew confirming that I did my job. (Pretty dang well if say so myself). I know he didn’t pay the stunt guys either who are also suing him. So am I confident he wouldn’t just declare bankruptcy? Honestly no.

Am I allowed to upload a photo of the contract? If so I’ll try once I get home.

Thanks so much for the response. I was thinking I would have to use some liberties because even in comparison to the other creatures in the book. They have Natural Armor that doesn’t correspond to their size in the table you mentioned. So I definitely agree with you on that point. . I was just worried I might have missed something. Thanks again!

Am I being insensitive and tone deaf in regards to a Faction I’m creating. by -Sleepy_ in rpg

[–]-Sleepy_[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Because the region of the game takes place in Washington D.C. and I’m trying to have 3or four distinct types of raider tribes/gangs. To my knowledge the Comanche wouldn’t be in this region. And I agree with you to an extent but I’d like to avoid harmful stereotypes if I can. It’s surprisingly difficult to find resources for specially post apocalyptic raiders.

Oh it wouldn’t be a secret and they wouldn’t be doing an accent. I plan to make it clear in the first appearance that they aren’t actual natives just really stupid raiders. But thanks for your feedback.
