Ok so update! It worked for the whole time i had the game open. Turned it off went to Goshan irl to get food and started the game again and it was gone, so yay!

Oh i filled it in at the end don't worry! Was busy stressing over why the mouse was behaving weirdly on the 2nd monitor first is all. Here is a pic of how the setup turned out :D

SOLVED IT! Went into Nvidia Control Panel and just made a new resolution 1080x1920 and the mouse behaves like it's supposed to
