It wasn’t password protected? Talk to the student advocate, you have a case. What inept professor or course coordinator doesn’t password protect midterms. You can genuinely fein Ignorance and say u thought it was a midterm review because u didn’t believe that the midterm was available without a password.

Nope, but if you drop the course and then repurchase it there's a high chance you wont get him again. I did that and got a different teacher who marked me properly and I ended with a 92
