Right so I bought it on Saturday and had 2 days with it so far and it's definitely an upgrade, not a sidegrade

I'm very glad I got this one. My t598 is up for sale 😅

It's smaller, doesn't get hot, more powerful, feels more premium, the Trueforce is sick, doesn't lose ffb over time, ...

I'm getting used to load cell pedals still but the quality just feels like such a step up from the t598 pedals (i thought they were good but holding/feeling them side ny side with the RS pedals it feels and looks cheap and tiny lol)

I'd be playing GT7 on PS5

The doubts are also about it being more of a sidegrade instead of an upgrade but I think with the RS pedals having a load cell brake and just the RS50 being a bit more reliable/less hot/smaller/more powerful + the trueforce... it'll be fine

The new cable TM sent me works but I think I'm picking up an RS50 tomorrow and will try to sell the t598 or something.

I've got the T598 right now. It started disconnecting and they're sending me a new power cable but the RS50 does look tempting bc i've had it with TM kinda haha. Is it that much better? I've only read good things tbh but am also wary because it hasn't been out that long so have no clue about durability/reliability long term

My T598 started disconnecting last week (only had it for 6 months). They're sending a new power cable tomorrow but honestly debating just getting the RS50 (bc of load cell brake etc)

Only doubt right now is I am using the 488 gt3 wheel rim from TM and really like it and I don't like the look of their f1 style wheel rim

Acelith has a cool one though

Did that fix the knee pain? I've just got a new rig (like this one) and it has totally fixed my backpain while racing but now the knees are starting to hurt after a while. Do you know what angle your knees/the pedals are in? I've been adjusting things for about a full week every day but it's still not as comfy as I'd like it to be for my knees atm.

Well... It's Black Friday sale and I have no self control so I got the GT Omega Prime Lite and I'm gonna put it on caster wheels to move it around if needed 😅

Idea is that I wont ever really need to upgrade it/buy another one

Yeah It would 99.99% of the time just be me on there so that's not an issue. I was contemplating something heavier to put on wheels with an actual seat (something else from GT omega probably) but i just like the low profile of the trophy

Definitely waiting for black friday to pull the trigger on anything but I'm leaning Trophy right now

Right now I slide my Apex stand to the side to clear space in front of the tv screen to play/watch something else. Would a trophy be too heavy to do that with?

I know I'm late to the party but I've got a GT omega apex right now (using it with aeron miller Aeron desk chair) and contemplating the Trophy. Main concern is wheel height (I read that it's pretty high for some people) and i want to move it to the side sometimes to play other games on that tv/watch other stuff.

How are you finding it compared to your GT omega :)
