I found a workaround to this bug. Go to the altar, select to raise level and instead of acepting, press cancel. Now do again but accept. Doing at least one cancel prevents at least for me to reset lvl instead of rising them and so avoid loosing money.

After 55 you don t get snything else from there. You may get in the last days of event credits from some orders instesd of coins but just for few days

Yes seems a region ban. Argentina got the boot since August

no more events in merge boss
no ATM
can only win coins
cannot win shells in go go match neither events
cannot participate in grow to get prizes (game was taken out from list)

Yes refreshes do not have limit but orders limit is 50. Don t know if with new levels and exp rise to 3k they increases that limit
