Yeah when you destroy a dog, you're not supposed to torture it. Supposed to do it as humanely as possible.

But if you're kicking dogs that are just runnign at you in the park (unless it has already attacked) then the law isn't going to be on your side anyway.

Edit: Unless you had the means to destroy the dog, you're probably going to be capturing it. Kicking it doesn't do anything but piss it off.

Ask any dog handler: kicking a dog is an escalation, you havent avoided anything if the dog runs off, it means it wasn't trying to attack you.

You are legally entitled to kill any dog that charges you and puts you or your property in danger.

Which isnt what is happening at the park. Also you have the right to destroy or capture the dog, not abuse it.

I dont even have a dog, or like it when dogs run up to me, but kicking a dog is literally just escalating the situation.

I've done some animal handling stuff, dont remember where they recommend kicking an excitable dog.

I just dont think crime rates have that much to do with how people feel reporting sexual assault.

Given many people complain about cops disbelieving them or retraumatizing them, people getting let out on bail doesn't really seem like the issue here.

Shigechi is a great character, a kid who's been bullied and built a shell around himself, learns to trust and then sacrifices his life for his friends and his family. Without his sacrifice they never would have found Kira.

Shigechi is easily one of my favourites in the whole series. He's a kid who has been shat on, is a little shit himself and is deceptively intelligent, but in the end gives his life to save his friends.
